The room was very clean, the Staff very nice welcome, and very good English communication. We asked the parking area for a microbus, The staff are very good response and tried to help us with the parking. The facility and room size are better than my aspect.

the best thing for me aside from the good smell and service is, the room doesn't have a mirror facing or beside the bed. i don't like rooms that has mirrors when I'm sleeping, the aircon is not directly facing the bed when you sleep. i like it very much because i feel sick to direct air.

Everything was clean, the smell was lovely and temperature was perfect. The staff were friendly, prompt and very professional. We appreciated the hair ties, cotton swabs, hair brush etc available. Thank you

The staff was amazing. Super kind. I would recommend the hotel even just for the kindness of the staff, their willingness to help and make you feel at home.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The charge was around $20 AUD which seemed a bit expensive.

The price was good and the staff very helpful. The room was clean. And it was possible to stay as a family together in one room.

Very convenient location (for my favorite restaurant in Hamamatsu, Daiichi… check it out!) Decent unit bath. Good bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very central to lovely city shops and restaurants. Very clean and the room was perfect for a nights stay.

Clean room with comfortable mattress/pillows. Overall well maintained installations. Excellent customer service.
